		<description>Very nice article. Attrition has become one of the biggest challenges not only in BPO but in almost the entire service industry. Talent has become the key differentiator between two equally poised High Performance Organizations and hence, Talent Management Practices is something which is giving the organizations a competitive advantage. 
As Abhijit has rightly pointed that bigger paycheck is just a byproduct of a move to another organization, it is in fact the gamut of aspects like, metoring, coaching, performance management, career development, career planning , etc. that makes the real difference and helps in retaining the high-pots and others as well thereby, creating a win-win situation by giving the employees their desired personal/professional growth and the organization, its talent pool.</description>
